Fuel Your Test Success With:
- Complex Carbohydrates – Have plenty of fruits and vegetables to keep your body and brain energized.
- Protein – Have whole-grain foods, lean meat, fish, eggs, nuts, or seeds to help you stay focused.
- Water – Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated before and during the test.
After checking with your school’s policy, bring along some snacks to have right before or during your test. Some healthy snacks include granola bars, fruit, nuts, and protein bars.
